• Reserving Monday, October 11th to play 100 holes of golf
• Sponsoring yourself  $1 per hole or more
• Recruit additional sponsors for myself and will work to achieve my goal of $25.00/hole.

Once we have received your Participant Commitment Agreement, we will add your name to the "golfer list" on the "Sponsor a Golfer" web page.  This will allow you to begin to gather your sponsors and have their pledges and donations recorded electronically.
